I placed my order before checking Trustpilot reviews and honestly felt very frustrated afterward, since many reviews mentioned the sizes run very small. I contacted customer service, but my order had already been shipped. Once the package arrivedof course the denim cut out dress run extremely small I reached out again. I was very skeptical at first to click on that postage link to paid. Chloe from customer service was incredibly helpful and supportive. Everything was handled professionally, and in the end I’m totally satisfied with my experience.

I love the outfit. It is not true to size. I am usually a small but for this dress I fit more in a large. But very elegant outfit.

First item purchased was too small (M)so I had to size up. The company was good about the exchange and I was able to get a size large which fits me better. The item is a suede leather jacket and you can smell the leather. Genuine leather.Great value for the price. I’m happy about that.

I love this dress it runs small because the small I bought fit like an extra small but UR was kind enough to let me exchange while keeping the original dress. Not saying they will continue to let you keep garments that didn't work out but it was great fast service getting the right dress size in exchange. I was nervous if I'd be stuck with the dress that didn't fit but thanks to UR I am happy and satisfied with my new dress. Thank you!

I was thrilled when this dress came. When I first got it, I ordered a 6 which is a medium my normal size. It ran quite small. The UR team was excellent with helping me get a replacement in a size 8/L. I did have to pay a postage fee but it worked out for the best. I love this dress!

The trench coat arrived all crumpled both times, very negligently packed. I think it's very important that your products be carefully folded as it reflects the quality of your products and service. I ordered these shorts twice. Paid for shipping. The sizing is so off it’s frustrating. The quality is good and serves is good. But the sizing isn’t worth it. For the length of time it takes.

I was sent the wrong size shoe from what I ordered. I had no problem getting the right size and they also allow me to keep the other pair to give away, that is good business because I do quite a lot of shopping so to know that a company have that much faith in us as consumers is a great thing.

as soon as the dress came in i tired it on and the zipper broke. this is after i had to payfor shipping for another dress because the first one was to small ...i wear 10/12 i had to buy a XXXL to fit me sizing is very off

The skirt is perfect! I expected to need my regular size, but sizing down worked even better. Very impressed with the customer service, so fast and easy to work with.

I’ve gotten so many compliments on this bag. I added purple bag charms to give it a pop of color. I use this purse as my everyday work bag. I forgot that the purse came with a pouch, so it was an excellent pleasant surprise. My only negative is that you can’t reach inside the bag when it’s on your shoulder. The top button was hanging off when I received my bag. UR provided excellent customer service via email. There’s isn’t a number to call. Representative solved my problem and provided three solutions. I chose to get another bag and only had to pay $10 for shipping.

I never received the replacement jeans for which I paid additional postage. I have emailed the company to no avail.

I appreciate the prompt service.

The dress had to be reordered now twice due to the wrong size and the second time the dress was torn up and the button was ripped.

I initially purchased the Skater Denium Shirt, in a medium based on reviews. I paid $10 to exchange for XS because the Medium was VERY large in shoulders, arms and chest. Now I have the XS and the arms and shoulders are still VERY large (no change from the medium) and the chest is so small I cannot button. Such an awkward shirt!! I do not recommend this top it has something wrong with the make.

Sizes are bigger than I expected

I ordered medium size to begin with but the shirt was too tight as was the skirt. The service was outstanding in arranging a size up as I loved the outfit ..lots of nice complements Will certainly buy again ..but size up!

It is very hard to determine the right size. it might help to note how tall the model is, her weight and the size she wearing so a customer can make a decision on best size to buy

The items that I received ran small. I was promised to receive replacement items as long as I pay for the shipment of those replacement items. I paid the shipment, but never received the placement items. I hate it!!! I feel that this process was a scam. I’m very unhappy with UR.

The customer service is excellent!!! So easy to change size of items if they are not right ones.

The main problem has been the excessive wait time to receive items. I am still awaiting a return and replace for a previous item that I ordered and have "yet" to receive. Surely UR can do better, event with the Country's shipping issues.
