The jacket was off nice quality, but it was really huge,I ordered a M(normally I'm a L) and it swallowed me. The shipping was on point my issue is with the return process. I sent right back(next day after receiving) it's been 3wks and I still haven't received notification about my refund!! The reason for 3 stars

I will never buy from Urban Revivo again. Getting my order and refund sorted out was extremely difficult. I was informed that my item was too large. The initial intention was to return it for a smaller size. After what felt like 350 emails exchanged, they finally provided the correct refund procedure. I had to pay $9.99 for shipping and $30 for the return label, only to be told that my refund would take 30 days to process.

I received my denim kimono and LOVE IT. So does everybody else. The quality is much better than expected and while the fit is a little bigger than expected, I’m able to pair it with other garments underneath to add to the look. Would buy it over and over again.
