I placed my order before checking Trustpilot reviews since it was my first time and honestly felt very frustrated afterward, since many reviews mentioned the sizes run very small. I contacted customer service, but my order had already been shipped. Once the package arrived of course it runs very small. I reached out again. I was very skeptical at first, but Chloe from customer service was incredibly helpful and supportive. Everything was handled professionally, and in the end I’m totally satisfied with my experience.

I ordered 2 dresses, I heard they run small so I went 2 sizes up. And still way too small. The 3x fits more like a large. Very very disappointing. The dresses are so beautiful and beautifully made.

I absolutely love the dress. I normally wear a M, I ordered a large based on measurements. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but wasn’t in a rush to wear. Love the material and the style. Will recommend purchasing.

I usually wore a medium but ordered an XL because I saw many say that this item runs small. Well, it runs extremely small because the XL doesn't fit!! I want to return it but can't figure out how. So I'll just take the $$ hit and will just give it to someone else or donate it.

This was a major fail, and which I could return both... Customer service was amazing in assisting me but the size up still didn't even fit. It's cut so small. Would have just prefer to return and find something else....
