Initially I was not happy with my experience. I ordered a larger and needed to size down to medium. Instructions sent we clear and I followed all procedures but the follow up was not great. Once I paid additional fees for new size rather than perform an even exchange; there was no email asking about new size or shipping information. The correct did finally arrive. Mt first time ordering from UR was just okay. I ordered the viral sweaters and khaki bubble skirt that all of the influencers have pointed. The quality of the items are very good! However, the size chart is not accurate. The sweaters fit great. However, the skirt did not. I ordered my size according to the size chart, I have ordered two of the bubble skirts and they are very tiny in size. I am a size 0 in bottoms. I wanted to exchange the skirt for a different size, but I'm getting the run around.

Surprisingly, they did not expect me to return the one I had originally ordered. Once I received the larger size, I was amazed at the comfort and quality of the jacket!
