I ordered this bag well over 1 month ago , reached out to customer service several times , terrible service, I received an email from post courier telling me that the package is lost, reached out to customer service to share that info and nothing!!!!!!
Definitely would not recommend this company … I would discourage shopping there !

I received my order and decided that it did not work out and would return for a refund. The very next day I sent email to request information on how to make return. I got an email giving me options and then another step I would need to do , in order to get refund. Remember, you only have 14 days for returns. It almost feels as if they are trying to run tge clock down, because I have not received ANY information on how to move forward with sendintem back. I have no address, so im sitting and waiting to hear back. Hopefully this review, helps me get the information I need, in order to make my return.

I absolutely love this bag! I can carry all of the necessities and I love that it has separate compartment so I don’t lose small things. I even added a bag charm to it spice it up a little bit.
