Improper sizing. Trying to return the items has been a nightmare of going back and forth with people who are not reading my communications. This was my first purchase ana it has been a nightmare. Will never purchase again.
No point In making an online purchase if you can’t return items that are not properly sized.

At first everything was too small. I am a plus size woman and I wear at 1x so a teiple x fits me. THe raincoat I ordered was too big but I still love it and am keeping it. I wish you made more things in plus size.

My cardigan took two months to arrive and when it came, the quality was horrible. The color was washed out nothing like the burgundy I got months ago.
