0. Program Scope & Usage Limitation

The URBAN REVIVO Club Points Program is exclusively applicable to URBAN REVIVO online official website.

By participating in the Program, members acknowledge and agree that:

• The Program is only available for online transactions conducted through URBAN REVIVO official website.
• Points earned under the Program can only be accumulated and managed within the online membership club.
• All Points can only be redeemed through online Member Center or designated online redemption interfaces.
• Any rewards, vouchers, or benefits redeemed using Points can only be used for online purchases on URBAN REVIVO official website.

Points, rewards, and membership benefits cannot be used, redeemed, or exchanged in offline stores or third-party retail channels, unless explicitly stated otherwise by URBAN REVIVO.

URBAN REVIVO reserves the right to define, limit, or modify applicable channels at its sole discretion.

URBAN REVIVO CLUB operates a tier-based membership system based on a member’s 12-month rolling spending performance.

Membership tiers include:

• Fashion Addict – from $130 annual spend
• Fashionista – from $600 annual spend
• Fashion Icon – from $1000 annual spend

URBAN REVIVO reserves the right to review, adjust, or redefine tier thresholds, qualification logic, and tier names at any time.

2. Membership Benefits

Depending on membership tier, members may enjoy the following benefits (non-exhaustive):

• Earn Points on every purchase: 5–7 Points per $1 spent
• Early access to new arrivals, collections, and promotions
• Birthday Points rewards
• Free shipping vouchers

URBAN REVIVO reserves the right to modify or withdraw any benefit at its sole discretion.

3. Points Earning Mechanism

• Point allocation rates
• Promotional multipliers
• Excluded products or transactions

4. Welcome & Bonus Points

• New members may receive 500 Welcome Points upon successful registration, subject to promotional availability.
• Additional bonus Points may be issued during limited-time campaigns.
• URBAN REVIVO reserves the right to modify or withdraw welcome rewards without prior notice.

5. Points Credit Rules

• Points will be credited only after successful payment confirmation.
• Points are calculated based on eligible net purchase amount after discounts.
• Cancelled, refunded, or returned orders will not earn Points.
• URBAN REVIVO may request proof of purchase for verification at any time.

Failure to provide valid documentation may result in Points adjustment or cancellation.

6. Points Redemption

Points may be redeemed for rewards available in the Member Center, including but not limited to:

• Discount vouchers
• Free Shipping Vouchers
• Free gifts
• Exclusive member benefits

Key conditions:

• Redemption thresholds and reward availability are defined in the Account Center and may change at any time.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Points cannot be transferred, sold, or combined across accounts.
• Redeemed rewards cannot be refunded, exchanged, or reissued unless required by law.

All rewards are subject to stock availability and may be substituted with items of equivalent type and value.

7. Points Validity

• Points are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated in specific campaigns.
• Expired Points will be automatically removed and cannot be reinstated.
• URBAN REVIVO may adjust validity rules for promotional or operational purposes.

8. Tier Evaluation & Maintenance

• Membership tiers are evaluated based on a 12-month rolling spend period.
• Tier upgrades or downgrades may occur automatically based on updated spending behavior.
• URBAN REVIVO reserves the right to adjust tier qualification criteria at any time.

9. Account Integrity & Program Abuse

URBAN REVIVO reserves the right to:

• Correct or deduct incorrectly awarded Points
• Suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud or abuse
• Block access to Rewards or Program benefits
• Merge duplicate accounts under the same user profile

Prohibited behaviors include:

• Creating multiple accounts for benefit exploitation
• Manipulating Points systems or promotional mechanics
• Providing false or misleading information
• Any activity deemed abusive or harmful to the Program

10. Returns & Adjustments

• Points earned from returned or refunded items will be deducted accordingly.
• If Points have already been redeemed for such purchases, URBAN REVIVO may adjust account balances accordingly.
• Promotional benefits may be revoked in case of order cancellation or refund.

11. Program Modification

URBAN REVIVO reserves the right to:

• Modify membership tiers, benefits, or earn rates
• Change Points rules and redemption mechanics
• Suspend or discontinue the Program in whole or in part

Updates will take effect upon publication on official URBAN REVIVO channels.

12. General Terms

All other provisions of the original URBAN REVIVO Club Terms & Conditions remain valid unless explicitly updated by this document.
